I’ve been teaching myself about digital forensics as a hobby, and I’m fascinated by Error Level Analysis (ELA) and how it can reveal where an image has been modified.

I’ve tried a few basic online viewers, but I’m looking for something a bit more robust that can handle high-bitrate JPEGs without compressing them further.

I want to see the compression artifacts clearly to spot where layers were added to these viral memes. I often find myself looking at a photo and asking: is this edited?
